Always seek your doctors advice, but every workout is 100% modifiable and you are NEVER made to do anything you do not want, or can not do. You’re always free to sit an exercise out, modify it, or swap it for something else that works best for you!

YES! Here at Philly’s Next Champ there is no such thing as “I CANT”. All of our coaches are here to help guide and mentor individual to a better and healthier lifestyle.

Yes! All of our classes consist of Females and Males working together to all achieve a common goal!
