Boxing

Our boxing classes break down into three different age groups teaching basic boxing skills and techniques. Class includes cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag drills and basic self-defense. Participants will focus on performance and technique while building your self-esteem in a fun and safe environment.

Impact Classes

We have integrated our equipment with impact wraps technology to give you motivation that you can measure. See your Impact Score, average force, strike count, duration, and class rank for every workout at a glance. Our Adult Impact classes offer group instruction with a unique blend of boxing and high intense interval training.

Personal Training

Our personal trainers will assess with our clients bodily strengths and weaknesses and create customized workout plans. Whether you are coming to the gym to lose weight or for one on one personal boxing session. We provide physical and mental guidance and monitor clients progress on a regular basis. We also make sure that our clients dont get injured while training by catering to each individuals personal needs. All of our coaches are USA boxing certified and many have personal training certificate.
